The regulatory regime for every licensed public service channel1 includes a condition:
- 听
(1)听听听听 requiring the provider of the channel to fulfil the public service remit for that channel2, the public service remit for Channel 53 being the provision of a range of high quality and diverse programming4;
- 听
(2)听听听听 requiring the provider of the channel: (a) at annual intervals5
