A 'harbour revision order' is an order which may be made by the Secretary of State1 in relation to a harbour2 which is being improved, maintained or managed by a harbour authority3 in the exercise and performance of statutory powers and duties4 for achieving all or any of the following objects5:
(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý reconstituting the harbour authority by which the harbour is being improved, maintained or managed or altering its constitution, or establishing, as the harbour authority, in lieu of the existing one, an existing body designated,
