[205N 聽Remedies for infringement of moral rights]

[(1)聽聽聽聽 An infringement of a right conferred by this Chapter is actionable as a breach of statutory duty owed to the person entitled to the right.

(2)聽聽聽聽 Where鈥�

(a)聽聽聽聽 there is an infringement of a right conferred by this Chapter,
