YOU ARE ADVISED THAT THIS NOTICE CONTAINS IMPORTANT LEGAL RIGHTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOU AND OTHER QUALIFYING TENANTS UNDER THE LANDLORD AND TENANT ACT 1987 (LTA 1987) AND YOU SHOULD SEEK URGENT LEGAL ADVICE UPON IT.
