Tax incentives applicable to foreign missions, diplomats, EU institutions and armed forces of foreign states (Estonia)


16 Estonia

VAT will not be imposed on the import of goods which are necessary for the following:

  1. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Foreign diplomatic representatives.

  2. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Consular agents (except honorary consuls).

  3. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Representatives or representations of special missions or international organisations recognised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

  4. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Diplomatic representations or consular posts of foreign states.

  5. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Special missions or EU institutions or for members of the administrative staff of such representations.

  6. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Posts or special missions, except for the administrative staff of EU institutions.
