The following fines apply in Romania:

| Filing an incorrect or incomplete EC sales list (recapitulative statement) | Between RON 500 and RON 1,500 for each statement filed incorrectly |
| Failing to submit an EC sales list (recapitulative statement) by the deadline | Between RON 1,000 and RON 5,000 for each statement not filed |
