The following is a table of the probate fee in major Canadian provinces as at January 2021:

| British Columbia | Probate fee of 1.4% for the portion of the gross value of probateable assets within the province, over a threshold of CAD 50,000. Between CAD 25,000 and CAD 49,999, the fee is 0.6% and below CAD 25,000 |
